Tulsa, OK – Devco is pleased to announce that Mark Gilbreath, Director of Business Development, has been elected to The Sulphur Institute’s Board of Directors. The announcement was made by TSI at their annual meeting, which was held in Barcelona, Spain in April.
Mr. Gilbreath has worked for more than 35 years as an engineering and technical subject matter expert. In addition to Sulphur, he has provided valuable consulting and engineering services to a variety of industries including power, coal, and pet coke port and marine bulk terminals, oil and gas, railroad transportation, and construction. Some of his core areas of expertise includes, dry bulk material handling equipment associated with marine import and export facilities.

As a member of the Board of Directors for TSI, one of the things that Mr. Gilbreath will be focused on will be increasing membership with equipment suppliers in the Sulphur industries. Speaking about his election to the Board, Mr. Gilbreath said that he sees this as “an opportunity to engage with industry thought leaders,” and that is one of the aspects of the role that he is most looking forward to. Being a member of the TSI Board of Directors is a three year commitment, and Mr. Gilbreath will serve through 2018. Speaking from Washington, DC, TSI’s president and CEO, Robert McBride added, “We appreciate the years of support Devco has provided to TSI though its membership and welcome Mark’s lead in demonstrating the value TSI brings to the industry, most notably through his engagement of equipment suppliers.”
